Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order to ensure the fastest delivery of your preferred piece.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
